Performance Management – Setting Standards

Performance management is much more than documenting poor performance. In fact, it is preferred that a leader spend less than 10% of their time on poor performance an the majority of their time with good performance issues. To ensure that staff have an understanding of what good performance looks like, leaders must have written standards in place. These standards must be shared with staff. This program looks at the various places leaders can find standards, and what they can do to create or write their own standards for their teams.
