Asking Questions – The Top Three Questions (T3Q™)
Curiosity is critical for leaders. Leaders need to know many things. The best way to learn what is needed is to ask questions. While there are an endless number of questions that can ultimately be asked, at Leadership For Leaders we present three key questions (versions of questions) that when used will allow leaders to gain a clearer understanding of what is going on and/or what is planned. We call this these the top three questions, or T3Q™. In summary, the T3Q™ method asks: 1) what; 2) why; and, 3) what else. This program helps leaders master the the T3Q™ method.
